We love lamb in this house. We make “casual lamb” around once a week in stew or curry, but rack of lamb is a delicacy for us. When we feel like treating ourselves, I make this simple yet sophisticated recipe. The crust on the outside is so delectable and delicious, I can’t help but eat it like a lollipop! This is amazing with a good Pinot Noir, mashed potatoes and great company. Enjoy!
Airfryer Rack of Lamb

Ingredients
- 1 rack of lamb
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Step 1
- Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Salt and pepper the lamb rack then rub the marinade all over the meat. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. For medium rare, airfry at 375 degrees for 18 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes loosely covered in foil and then cut each lamb chop between the bones.
