My first post is going to be a special one. My Garlic Butter Brie recipe defined a lot for me and inspired me to go after my passion. This Brie really pushed me to start this website and lit a fire in me to go after my dreams.

Other than the fact that its absolutely delicious, I posted this recipe on TikTok and it blew up over night. It went completely viral! At the time of me writing this, it has over 1.2 MILLION views and just under 100,000 likes. I still can’t believe it. I had people from all over the world writing me and telling me that they tried it and loved it, thanking me for sharing the recipe. This whole experience has taught me to believe in myself, that the work I do in my kitchen for my family is significant and worth sharing. So without further ado, here is my “famous” Garlic Butter Brie Recipe.

Garlic Butter Brie

Melty, creamy and rich. Serve this once and you'll keep making it over and over again.

Ingredients
  • Brie wheel
  • 1/8 cup melted butter
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • Dash of garlic salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread for serving (baguette or focaccia)
Directions
Step 1
Cut Brie through the rind in squares. Place in a Brie baker or oven safe dish with a lid. Melt butter in a separate bowl and add garlic, garlic salt and pepper. Stir well and pour on top of the Brie. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes, just until melty. Stir and serve immediately with bread.
