Who doesn’t love some smashed potatoes? I love that they are almost a hybrid between mashed potatoes and fries. Crispy, a little creamy and so garlicy.
This version has a Greek style twist to it. I wanted to recreate those amazing lemon potatoes that you get at a Greek restaurant, but smashed. I’m obsessed with potatoes with a crunch so this seemed like the right thing to do. Add some crumbled feta and it’s a party! Enjoy!
