Salmon in Parchment Paper is a french technique that yields perfectly cooked salmon EVERY TIME. I’ve never over cooked this and I’ve made it at least a dozen times. This version has a slightly Asian flare but the marinade can really be anything you prefer. Try it and thank me later. Enjoy!
