Cuisine American
- 4 Large Jalapeños
- ½ pkg Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Sharp Cheddar freshly grated
- ¼ cup Bacon Bits
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil drizzle on top
- ½ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- Cooking Spray
Wash and prepare the jalapeños. Cut the Jalapeños lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and ribs. You will be left with a shallow pepper perfect for stuffing.
Mix the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar, bacon, dijon, garlic salt and pepper together. I use a fork and slightly smash the ingredients until combined, it will be very thick.
Stuff the jalapeños with the cheese mixture.
Preheat the air fryer at 375F for 5 minutes.
Drizzle the tops of the cheese with olive oil and dip into the panko breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs into the cheese to get a good crust. I like to use a shallow dish to contain the breadcrumbs. Place the finished jalapeños on the air fryer rack and spray with cooking oil.
Airfry for 16 minutes, they will be crispy and golden brown.
Let rest for 5 minutes before enjoying.
