Once the pasta is boiling in a separate pot, start on the sauce. In a large saute pan on medium high heat, melt the butter.
Smash the roasted garlic into a paste.
Once the butter is bubbling, add roasted garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the cream and stir until everything is combined.
Add garlic salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir.
Bring the heat down to medium and add the ricotta. Stir.
Add the parmesan and stir until melted.
Add the pasta water and stir until combined.
Add the strained pasta to the sauté pan, toss until noodles are coated. Add more pasta water if needed.
Top with parmesan and red chili flakes. Enjoy!
