I love making my own infused vodkas. My favorite is definitely raspberry vodka, it’s very versatile and irresistible. I love it in martinis, cocktails or even with soda water. It makes the summer seem so much more magical, I look forward to making this every year!
You can use this technique with any berry or fruit. You are simply heating the fruit gently so it loosens up and releases all the juice. It will last for months in the fridge so you can enjoy your summer harvest for months after the season. Cheers!
Raspberry Infused Vodka

Ingredients
- 1 Pint of Fresh Raspberries
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 bottle of Vodka
Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- Step 2
- Wash and dry the raspberries and place them on a parchment lined baking tray.
- Step 3
- Sprinkle with sugar and make sure it is distributed evenly on the berries, gently tossing if necessary.
- Step 4
- Bake for 12 minutes, gently toss once halfway through.
- Step 5
- The berries will be soft and ready to release all their juice. Pour the berries into a metal fine mesh strainer over a bowl and press all the juice out the raspberries. Make sure to scrape the outside of the strainer to get all the the “essence”.
- Step 6
- Pour the raspberry essence into a bottle and then pour in the vodka.
- Step 7
- Shake it well and refrigerate for 2 hours before using. The vodka will stay fresh for 6-8 months in the fridge.
