Mango Guacamole- how is something so simple yet so luxurious? It seems like a treat or even a present to yourself but the truth is you can make this whenever you want and not feel guilty.
I first had this at a Mexican restaurant and knew I had to make it for myself. I love the addition of mangoes in savory dishes because mango isn’t super sweet, it just adds a nice brightness to whatever you add it to. It’s like a nice pop of sweetness without taking over.
You can control how spicy the Mango Guacamole turns out by removing the seeds from the jalapeño. I usually leave about half the seeds in to get a medium spice level.
Mango Guacamole will be your new favorite guacamole and your friends will rave about it. I love having this with margaritas on my patio in the Summer months. It’s so refreshing and delicious!
Enjoy!
