Prosciutto and Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Spread is perfect for entertaining, especially for the holidays and parties. The flavors are made for each other come together into a beautifully cheesy symphony in your mouth.
The best part is you can make this into a ball or log and serve it as it is. Or you can do what I like to do and get more creative. I love sculpting the cheese spread into shapes and decorating it to make an elaborate showstopper appetizer.
Prosciutto and Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Spread really an endless occasion type of deal. Any shape or theme can be achieved and then you also get to enjoy it by eating with bread and crackers! I have vivid memories of cheese balls covered in almonds at holiday parties and special occasions, it’s truly so much better when you make it yourself.
What’s your opinion on gingerbread houses? I think they’re so cute, but honestly, it’s so sad we never eat them. They might as well be made out of cardboard and glue. If you build a cheese spread cabin, you can have the best of all worlds and eat it too!
You can serve this with breads, crackers, charcuteries, olives, nuts or anything you desire. Have some fun with your food and enjoy!
