Prosciutto and Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Prosciutto Slices
  • 2 pkgs Softened Cream Cheese 16oz.
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary fresh or dried
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Ranch or Green Goddess Seasiong
  • 2 tsp Calabrian Chillies optional
  • ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Sharp Cheddar freshly grated
  • ½ cup Parmesan freshly grated

Method
 

  1. Crisp up the prosciutto by baking in a single layer at 400F degrees for 10-15 minutes. I like to use a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  2. Whip the cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a large bowl. Add all the seasonings and whip until fully combined.
  3. Add the grated cheeses and fold it all together.
  4. Crumble the crispy prosciutto and fold it into the mixture.
  5. Shape into a ball or log and roll in nuts or whatever shape you would like. Once you have the desired shape, let it set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with bread and crackers.
