These brie bites take my love of brie to another level.
I’m pretty sure my family feels the same way, every time I make them they are gone within 3 minutes flat. The mustard and maple add the perfect combination of sweet and savory that isn’t overpowering to the cheese at all. Actually it’s the ideal compliment to each other, perfect harmony if you will.

Maple Mustard Brie Bites

Ingredients
- 1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
- 1/2 of a Large Brie Wheel
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 3 tbsp Smak Dab Maple Mustard (you can sub 1tbsp maple syrup and 2tbsp stone ground mustard)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Step 2
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into equal squares around 1.5 inches each. Place each square in a mini cupcake segment. Pierce each square with a fork.
- Step 3
- Par bake the puff pastry for 6 minutes.
- Step 4
- Take the par baked puff pastry out of the oven and carefully place a square of brie in each segment.
- Step 5
- Mix the butter, garlic, maple mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl and spoon on each brie bite.
- Step 6
- Bake the brie bites for 7-9 minutes until the brie is melted and bubbling.
- Step 7
- Let cool for 5 minutes and serve, enjoy!
