Pre-pandemic one of my favorite date nights was Japanese BBQ. I just think it’s so fun grilling your own thinly sliced meat at your own table and not having to clean up after yourself. Oh, and I love the s’mores at the end!
I live in an area that still isn’t allowing indoor dining, thus, I haven’t been able to get my Japanese BBQ fix… so I made it myself. Luckily, I already own an indoor electric grill but these are readily available on amazon. You can also use a griddle or even use your backyard grill! With a little planning you can enjoy Japanese BBQ at home too!
I used Okazu Chili Miso in the marinade and as a dipping sauce for the meat and its fantastic. You can get this for 10% off with the code AMY10 at thelocalspace.ca
After you set everything up, you can just relax and grill as you go. Enjoy!
