Chocolate Lava Cobbler is like a huge molten lava cake that is never ending! It’s so simple and you won’t have to worry about cooking the center too much like a traditional lava cake.
For the next few weeks, I am starting a new series for my “Summer of Cobbler” where I will make and post new cobbler varieties. Why? Because I love cobblers! I love the biscuit topping with the gooey sweet layer on the bottom. Its the ideal all in one dessert (not including the ice cream).
Chocolate Lava Cobbler is for the chocolate lovers. It is decadent and rich, perfect for you favorite ice cream! Make this for your next chocolate fix and let me know how you liked it!
Enjoy!
