These stuffed shells are going to be a hit at your next dinner party or wine night! They are elegant, so flavorful and beyond decadent. They really have everything going for them: creamy, sweet, salty, savory, little crunchy… All this and it’s still a finger food!

Blue Cheese & Honey Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- A Block of Blue Cheese
- 1/2 a Large Onion, thinly sliced
- Butter, salt and pepper
- Crushed Pistachios
- Honey
Directions
- Step 1
- Prepare the jumbo shells according to package directions, rinse with cold water and place on an oiled baking sheet to prevent sticking.
- Step 2
- Sauté sliced onions on medium high heat with butter, salt and pepper until browned. Set aside.
- Step 3
- Assemble the shells by stuffing with about a tablespoon of blue cheese, a tablespoon of sautéed onions and a few pistachios. place finished shells on a serving platter.
- Step 4
- When all the shells are stuffed, drizzle generously with honey.
- Step 5
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for a couple hours until ready to eat.
