Airfried Parmesan Garlic Wings are out of this world. They are so flavorful and creamy you won’t want to eat wings any other way!
My very first restaurant job was at a place called Buffalo Wild Wings (B-Dubbs, BWW or “Buffalo”). This place wasn’t super fancy or anything special but they do know how to make some great wings, addictive sauces and the atmosphere was always really fun.
One of my favorite sauces was their Parmesan Garlic. My Airfried Garlic Parmesan Wings come pretty close but I think mine has a little more punch, like a flavor punch I mean! This sauce is almost like a tangy caesar dressing.
I also have nailed down air frying chicken wings and making them super crispy. My husband thought I was deep frying them at first, they really taste deep fried! My secret is baking powder. It has a chemical reaction with salt and makes the skin super crispy without adding and starches or carbohydrates.
Serve this with some ranch, carrots and celery and you have Happy Hour at home! Enjoy!

Method
- In a small pan, bring the olive oil to medium heat and add the garlic. Fry for about 1 minute and remove from the heat and transfer to a separate dish to cool a bit.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, spices and parmesan until well combined. Set aside for at least 30 minutes or in the fridge for a couple hours.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper.
- After the wings are seasoned, add 2-3 tbsp of baking powder until a light coating appears.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes. Turn the wings after 10 minutes to get an even finish.
- Once the wings are golden brown and crispy, toss them with the Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Serve with ranch, celery and carrots. Enjoy!
