I always thought I didn’t like Bloody Mary’s because I find them so thick and hearty. I was even reluctant to try Caesars when I moved to Canada because I assumed it would be a Bloody Mary with a different name.
I was wrong.
Caesars are everything Bloody Mary’s wish they could be: light, refreshing, briny, a little sassy…. I honestly can’t get enough of them. They are perfect on Sunday morning with brunch, on a rooftop bar, on the beach or just in your kitchen. You don’t always need an occasion to savor this cocktail.
