Grilled Halloumi, Watermelon & Peach Skewers

- 12 Cubes of Halloumi
- 12 Cubes of Watermelon
- 12 Peach Slices
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
- Mint, Balsamic Glaze and Za'atar to garnish
Prepare the halloumi, watermelon and peaches.
Make each skewer by alternating each ingredient on the skewer.
Brush both sides with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper.
Grill on high heat for about 3 minutes on each side, just until a nice grill mark appears.
Garnish with fresh mint, balsamic glaze and za'atar (optional).
