Grilled Halloumi, Watermelon & Peach Skewers

Equipment

  • 6-8 Metal or wooden skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Cubes of Halloumi
  • 12 Cubes of Watermelon
  • 12 Peach Slices
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Mint, Balsamic Glaze and Za'atar to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the halloumi, watermelon and peaches.
  • Make each skewer by alternating each ingredient on the skewer.
  • Brush both sides with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Grill on high heat for about 3 minutes on each side, just until a nice grill mark appears.
  • Garnish with fresh mint, balsamic glaze and za'atar (optional).
