Prosciutto and Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Prosciutto Slices
  • 2 pkgs Softened Cream Cheese 16oz.
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary fresh or dried
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Ranch or Green Goddess Seasiong
  • 2 tsp Calabrian Chillies optional
  • ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Sharp Cheddar freshly grated
  • ½ cup Parmesan freshly grated

Instructions
 

  • Crisp up the prosciutto by baking in a single layer at 400F degrees for 10-15 minutes. I like to use a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Whip the cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a large bowl. Add all the seasonings and whip until fully combined.
  • Add the grated cheeses and fold it all together.
  • Crumble the crispy prosciutto and fold it into the mixture.
  • Shape into a ball or log and roll in nuts or whatever shape you would like. Once you have the desired shape, let it set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve with bread and crackers.
