Crisp up the prosciutto by baking in a single layer at 400F degrees for 10-15 minutes. I like to use a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Whip the cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a large bowl. Add all the seasonings and whip until fully combined.
Add the grated cheeses and fold it all together.
Crumble the crispy prosciutto and fold it into the mixture.
Shape into a ball or log and roll in nuts or whatever shape you would like. Once you have the desired shape, let it set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
