Mangonada- with or without Tequila

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango
  • cup Mango Nectar
  • ½ Lime Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 tsp Agave Syrup Optional- for sweetness
  • oz. Lyre's Agave Blanco or Tequila Blanco Optional
  • Chamoy
  • Tajin
  • Various Mexican Candy Tamarindo straw, chili candy, sour candy
  • ¼ cup Fresh Mango Diced in chunks

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen mango, mango nectar, lime juice to a blender. Add the agave syrup and Lyre's Agave Blanco or Tequila Blanco if using.
  2. Blend everything on high until smooth and thick.
  3. Dip the rim of a glass in chamoy then drizzle chamoy on the inside of the glass. Sprinkle with tajin.
  4. Add the blended mango mixture into the glass and artfully top with fresh mango chunks, Mexican candy and any decorations your heart desires!
